Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Items

  • Unused products in original, sealed packaging are eligible for a full refund.
  • Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
  • Gift items can be returned for store credit of equal value.
  • Sale items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Opened personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team at support@yourdomain.com with your order number.
  • Describe the reason for your return and include photos if the item is damaged.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
  • Pack the item securely and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
  • Once received, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time and availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • For change-of-mind returns, a flat return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
