Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

• Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $50, otherwise $4.99.
• Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99 flat rate.
• Overnight Shipping (next business day): $24.99 flat rate (order by 12 PM EST).

• We ship to over 50 countries worldwide.
• International Standard (10-21 business days): Rates calculated at checkout.
• International Express (5-10 business days): Rates calculated at checkout.
• Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors and building management first.
• Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues.
• Packages returned due to incorrect address will require additional shipping fees to reship.
