Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over $50, otherwise $4.99.
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99 flat rate.
- Overnight Shipping (next business day): $24.99 flat rate (order by 12 PM EST).
International Shipping
- We ship to over 50 countries worldwide.
- International Standard (10-21 business days): Rates calculated at checkout.
- International Express (5-10 business days): Rates calculated at checkout.
- Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Issues
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbors and building management first.
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues.
- Packages returned due to incorrect address will require additional shipping fees to reship.
